Included in the Safari Fees: Meeting on arrival in Maun. Full services of your professional hunter. Full camp services and staff with full accomodations. Transfers by road to the hunting area. Meals and drinks. Daily laundry in camp. Not Included in the Safari Fees: Government concession fees which are currently $200 per hunter per day. License fees. Trophy fees. Conservation fee $250.00 per week per safari. Dipping and packing will be quoted by shipper. Shipper will meet with clients at the end of the safari. Air freight of trophies to final destination. Gun import permits of $150 per gun. Air charters to the camps. Gratuities. Shotgun ammunition. Hotel costs before and after safari contract dates. All licenses must be purchased at the commencement of the safari, since it is more difficult to purchase additional licenses once a safari has begun. Botswana requires a CITES permit from the country of final destination for leopard before an export permit can be issued. The client must bring a photocopy of this permit with him. The schedule of game charges are for the account of the hunting client. INSURANCE: You are not covered by insurance, and you are advised that you and your property be fully covered by insurance for the duration of the safari. LIABILITY: While ever effort will be made to safeguard you and your property, no liability or responsibility is accepted for any accident, injury, illness, or for any loss of property during your safari. By booking and paying a deposit for a safari, you are deemed to have accepted these Liability and Insurance clauses.
